Radon Mitigation
If your home has elevated radon levels, our experienced technicians will design and install a custom mitigation system that reduces radon to safe levels — fast, clean, and guaranteed.
Reduce Radon to Safe Levels
Radon mitigation is the process of reducing radon concentrations in a building to protect occupants from long-term exposure. The most effective systems use active soil depressurization — drawing radon from beneath the foundation and venting it safely outside before it can enter your living space.
Our systems are designed to bring radon levels below the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L. Most installations are completed in a single day with minimal disruption to your home or business.
Mitigation Systems We Install
Every home is different. We select the right system for your foundation type and radon entry points.
Sub-Slab Depressurization
The most common and effective method. A pipe is inserted through the foundation slab and a fan draws radon from beneath the home and vents it safely outside.
Crawl Space Mitigation
For homes with crawl spaces, we install a sealed vapor barrier and vent pipe system to prevent radon from entering the living area.
Block Wall Suction
Used in homes with hollow block foundations. Suction points are placed in the block walls to draw radon out before it can enter the home.
Drain Tile Suction
Connects to existing drain tile systems around the foundation perimeter to collect and vent radon gas away from the structure.

Professional Installation
Most installations are completed in a single day. We install the suction pipe, fan, and exterior vent with minimal disruption to your home.
Post-Installation Test
After installation, we conduct a follow-up radon test to confirm the system is working and your levels are below the EPA action level of 4 pCi/L.
Ongoing Peace of Mind
We provide guidance on system maintenance and recommend re-testing every two years to ensure continued protection.
